Yellowstone National Park is Wyoming’s main attraction with its geysers and big animals such as moose and bears.
Geyser county has the Upper Geyser Basin which contains 180 of the park’s 200 250 Geysers.
Grand Teton National Park has the Teton Range which as its focus. With twelve glacier-carved summits over 12,000ft, the Grant Teton is the King at 13,770 ft. It has fishing. In the winter season go cross- country skiing and snowshoeing.
Sheridan, overshadowed by the Bighorn Mountains has century old buildings, once home to Wyoming cattle barons. Adventurous types enjoy exploring in the Bighorns.
Check out the Buffalo Bill Historical Centre with five museums. It has every kind of memorabilia, films, posters and anything ever invented or real about Buffalo Bill. It also has artwork in honour of Native Americans.
Jackson Hole Mountain resort has the USA’s longest vertical rise. From the 6311ft base at Teton Village rising to the 10,450 sq ft summit of Rendezvous Mountain.
